Continuing it’s strong support of the format, Sony Pictures just confirmed that The 5th Wave will be released on May 3rd on Ultra HD Blu-ray with a Dolby Atmos soundtrack.
Based on the press release, even if it’s not crystal clear, I tend to believe that the regular Blu-ray version will not receive Atmos.
As usual I updated the list of Atmos Blu-rays and Ultra HD Blu-ray releases on the site.
I think I saw Point Break 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray coming out May.17, 2016 do you have any info on that ?
